      Pros

      Rusnak hires great employees. Extremely welcoming and easy to get along with. Very attentive to promoting good employees. Many who have worked in the auto group stay for 10 or more years. Many opportunities for advancement within individual dealerships or in their corporate office.

      Cons

      Can be stressful in the service department. Long hours and not always a lot of support.

      Pros

      The CEO Victoria Rusnak and the Sr Executives know who you are by name. The pay is great and the work environment is designed to give you the freedom needed to get your job done without any excessive drama or red tape. Have a good idea? Pitch it to the boss and if he likes it you're good to go. That simple. I'd happily recommend friends and family to work here. Very female friendly which is rare in this industry

      Cons

      Smaller company stuff. Uses Kaiser medical which is not great if you have a family. 401k is a little lacking and lacks some of the other perks of a larger corporation

      Pros

      Exposure to leading auto brands. The company is a well established Southern California brand name and has legions of loyal clients. Physical size of the firm is considerable, which can lead to lateral movements across branches

      Cons

      Management was unsupportive and pretty much hazed all new incoming employees. The culture of the company was very cutthroat and there was little to no team work to speak of. Communication across staff and management was inconsistent and there were always mistakes made.
