All of the managers are great people and they really are there to help you make as most money as possible. The owners are great people and have been in the business for several years, they really work hard to make their customers happy

Cons

The company does want you to make a lot of money selling phones but they also want you to call customers when eligible for upgrade or to add services. There is a good amount of cold calling

Very friendly environment and you can really get the sense of teamwork.

Cons

Although the company does a fairly good job of recognizing employees, words can only go so far; especially when getting payed half of what other companies offer to people in this position in the same state.
