The job as a whole is okay. Laid back store environment.

Cons

Constant high pressure for sales. Constant documentation, reports. Constant change for our commission and KPIs with no heads up changes on a dime. Expected to pivot with any changes the day of with hardly any support. Juat a few zoom meeting that we have to some how get on when being alone in the store or with customers.

Company continues to move in the wrong direction. Junior continues to be way out of his league running the company. Policies change daily. I've never seen so many unhappy people that are looking to leave throughout our district. The turnover lately is alarming on all levels of the business. Commission continues to decrease. Do more, sell more, make less!

-Management is very understanding and maintains an "open door" policy at all times for their team. -Work culture is very inviting and supportive. -Lots of fun amenities and treats for the teams.

Cons

-Pay is less than deserved for such demanding/important work. -No one issue is like another. (This can be considered a pro if you like positive challenges)
