Pros
- Great Executive and Management Team! All are super approachable, and all represent their individual departments well. - Flexible working environment - Plenty of opportunities to get involved. They host company events, ways to volunteer, and hold Diversity and Inclusion events. - Fairly new teams. The company went through a CEO change. It seems that a lot of the teams have been here for a few months to a year. There are still employees that are tenured so I would say it's a healthy mix. It was nice starting here knowing that most of my team members were newer as well.
Cons
- Fairly new teams. I mentioned this as a Pro, but it can also have its Cons. There seems to be some moving parts and new processes being put in place which naturally takes time for those to come out successfully.
