Pros

For someone who doesn’t speak English, is uneducated or doesn’t possess good interpersonal skills, but don’t mind repetitive work for long hours on your feet, this job will pay you well—-probably more than you deserve while training.

Cons

High achievers are not rewarded. Slackers overpaid. Not one employee evaluation given in last 4 years! No meritorious pay increases. Max salary capped after one year. Middle and senior management planning and execution is lacking. Orders and dictates not we’ll thought out and plans are often changed immediately after implementation. Runs are aborted because there are not enough materials to finish.
