      A sweet place to work

      Pros

      The company is finding new ways to innovate where and how to purchase their products. There are so many new initiatives that are in progress and you can absolutely see the positive change. The people are great and most of the new hires are helping more bring the company forward. There is a strong push for diversity and inclusion and the company is taking it seriously.

      Cons

      Change can take time and it would be better to move a little faster.

      Better Than Nothing

      Pros

      Easy but incredibly boring position. Mostly reception.

      Cons

      Poor handling of emergency situations, low employee morale, high turnover. Security guards are scheduled for 7 hour shifts with no designated breaks. M-F. No days off, no holidays off. If you are sick or need to miss work you have to beg one of the other guards to cover for you. You get paid less than employees on the factory floor.

      Get rid of the corrupt management

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did and I loved my people.

      Cons

      There are too many cons, but to sum it up, this is the second to worst job I have experienced when it comes to management corruption. I left because I could not stomach being part of such an immoral team. Only thing that will fix the problem is to get rid of all of this facilities upper management and start fresh.
