--Superstitios management- Dont stop sunlight coming in office- No bliends. -- Only management know it all; Do what I say ant shut up culture -- Not able to acquire one client yet- just big mouth talks nothing real. -- No work culture whatso ever -- everyone leaves in an year or two- folks not have enough skill and fear of market stuck in comfort zone... mostly top 15 employee stays. -- CTO maintain anf update your so called stock sheet in excel and update whenever he wants. -- if you not in inner circle, you have to come to office 5 day a week rest can work-(enjoy) from texas -- No vision, just get the client by hook or crook and sell of company and make money. -- Join only if you ready to ruin career. yes , you will remember this in 3 months , $100 bet on that.
