Pros

- Free food - Free snacks - Nice office and good views - Friendly colleagues - Good growth at the beginning

Cons

- Weight gain after free food (not many healthy options) - Stress eating free snacks - Sun in your face because of glass windows - Management (c-suite) is incompetent, doesn't have industry knowledge, and yell at employees - Constantly understaffed, if you don't do "whatever it takes" to get the job done you are looked down upon - Oversell and underdeliver to clients every time - Took away hybrid schedule because CEO thinks WFH is a "scam" - Raises don't have anything to do with performance - annual reviews are useless. management will promote relatives/friend/"yes-men" - No clear growth in your job role. People are analysts for many years - Management will give you work that's not yours because they don't want to hire someone else - Gossip spreads like crazy, everyone knows each other's business - Clearly trying to cut costs - took away H1 premium processing & stopped paying for tuition

Pros

Health Care, Trauma-bonding, strong alumni community, free food, clean space

Cons

-Dishonesty to clients -No training (when I joined they had a new hire, someone I joined with, train the group of new hires) After that, there was a lot of red tape to learn a new program or to use new technology for a project. (examples: SQL, PowerBi) -Petty and Childish management. This company is where business professionalism goes to die. Management doesn't know the industry very well and get's upset at employees when they are corrected, but also get mad at employees when they go along with their poor direction and the issue later blows up -Sexual Harassment - beware of the tech team and "team bonding" events. HR is aware but there are a lot of complaints coming from employees and way too much falls through the cracks -Cutting down on benefits like premium H1B sponsorship -The most growth and opportunity will be presented to you when you try to leave I promise you there is a better job
