      Good company to work for

      1) Competative PBM product we are building 2) Investing in market driving software development 3) Believes in market driven stretegy 4) competitive payer 5) Good office

      Cons

      1) Limited innovation 2) follow whatsin market ask v/s what we have to offer 3) shares given but worth nothing 4) Unable to manage relationship with client , now no client 5) single person dependent company.

      Decent place to start, shaky place to stay long term

      No experience is required to start an analyst position, base salary and benefits are competitive, young and diverse base of employees, diversity of job types and experiences, chance to break into healthcare industry

      Cons

      work culture and expectations can be unreasonable, could potentially have to work weekends, no clear path to promotion or increase in compensation, inexperience of some analysts, difficulty of switching positions
