      Pros

      When the only pro to a company is the free food and even that is not even good. That is all you have to know.

      Cons

      The only real reason to work here is for a visa sponsorship. But word of caution nothing comes for free, you will need to be prepared to be emotionally drained from dealing with an overwhelming amount of internal politics, lack of effective leadership, condescending attitudes, and overall poor management from the C-suite.

      Far commute, technology issues, culture isn’t healthy often.

      We all know the Culture is Toxic

      Pros

      -You have a job -If you want to build a career in healthcare there are opportunities for growth -If you don't code the pay is better than you would get somewhere else -If you are on a visa there is a lot of support from the company. (Most people that work there know what you are going through and can give you advice)

      Cons

      -There is a high chance that you will get roped into doing work that is not yours, be expected to work on the weekends, and be expected to work after hours. -Lunch is not free so you are expected to work from 9-6 pm or work while you eat. -Despite being a tech company WFH is highly looked down on. We've had several outbreaks of COVID in the office. That has not changed a thing. -Whatever you say or do in office is not private. If you say anything about your personal life or have a call in a meeting room rest assured the rest of the company will know.

While various departments have varying schedules, if you are concerned about your work hours, please make an appointment with Human Resources. Regarding COVID1-19 and our return-to-work guidelines, all CDC and state and federal laws were followed. Regarding any positive cases that were in the office, any concerns should be brought to HR.
