      Lots of family members in small company creates toxic workplace Toxic environment flow from top to bottom Attrition is high as not getting new clients

      Good company to work for

      1) Competative PBM product we are building 2) Investing in market driving software development 3) Believes in market driven stretegy 4) competitive payer 5) Good office

      Cons

      1) Limited innovation 2) follow whatsin market ask v/s what we have to offer 3) shares given but worth nothing 4) Unable to manage relationship with client , now no client 5) single person dependent company.
