Terrible work/life balance. Most employees are expected to stay late (until past midnight last night) and work on weekends (I had to put in a good chunk of time this past Sunday.) without overtime. Management is incompetent and seemingly addicted to constant meetings. Most of our teams do not seem to understand how what they are working on connects to other teams and the big picture which results in very late timelines and slow projects. Culture is highly focused around politics and appearing to be a "team player."

Company is growing, but the C-Staff are incompetent. Due to nepotism, the CEO is blind to all the politics and lack of experience of his direct staff. They do not know how to run a company that is growing rapidly. Politics also runs wild here due to lack of diversity and "the family" running the business. Culture is absolutely horrible. They often speak in their native tongue instead of English, which is not only respectful to other employees, but also extremely unprofessional.
