      Pros

      Free food is provided everyday. Immigration service is good.

      Cons

      CTO is a bully and screams during meetings. Professional growth is negligible. No opportunities will be provided for professional development even if you have required skillset. Most of the employees are their relative. Do not join if you’re not from telegu speaking Indian community. Most of non relative folks left after 2-3 years. They would want you at office 9-6 unless you’re a relative of someone who is something.

      Pros

      1. Good Pay 2. Free Food 3. Good if you a visa dependent. 4. Amazing HR and Immigration Manager 5. Challenging work

      Cons

      1. Management will make sure you feel like trash. 2. Nepotism 3. Expected you to be physically in the office during the peak pandemic, and still expected the same even after several outbreaks in the office. 4. Employees do not get the respect they deserve for putting their blood and sweat for the company. 5. CTO 6. Good for those who can speak Telugu. Because it is spoken widely, even in meetings where there are other people who do not understand the language. Others will feel like outsiders
