The only pro is they offer to provide immigration support

Cons

toxic work culture and setup. The entire company is run by a family and their friends and all of them don't know what they're upto. Very old fashioned style with micro-management and expect you to come all days of the week. Barely pay and no growth prospects. All top good leaders have left or leave within 1 year of joining.
