      Pros

      RxAdvance provides many opportunities to grow and learn. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. Good benefits and good amount of pto. Free lunch served daily

      Cons

      This is a growing company and some new ideas take a while to be implemented. Sick time and vacation time are not separate.

      Decent place to start, shaky place to stay long term

      No experience is required to start an analyst position, base salary and benefits are competitive, young and diverse base of employees, diversity of job types and experiences, chance to break into healthcare industry

      Cons

      work culture and expectations can be unreasonable, could potentially have to work weekends, no clear path to promotion or increase in compensation, inexperience of some analysts, difficulty of switching positions
