Benefits are good. Flexible PTO, health insurance and 401k although it is always changing year over year.

I absolutey love working at RxVantage. As an SDR I was able to get promoted to three times in about a year! They have a very obtainable promotion track that allows you to move up in the company very quickly if you hit quota. They fully cover health, vision, and dental. The heath insurance provided is one of the best in the country and I know I am covered almost anywhere I go. Management actually listens to concerns of the people under them. They are willing to adjust protocols, metrics, and even just general behaviors if it best suits both the employees and the company. They are very good with acknowledging your accomplishments and celebrating wins. They make me feel very valued here. They even paid for me and my coworker to go snowboarding for a day since we live out in Colorado! They're really good with keeping up the company culture and a feeling of community in a remote setting.
