Ive always been treated well at RxVantage, the flexibility of remote work def a plus overall. Ive found culture and leadership to be good overall as well.

Cons

Total Remote gets a bit repetitive but this arrangement is mostly a good thing. Compensation could be betterI don’t think OTE is attained by 50 percent of sales team.

Where should I start? I was hired in and told that the company has been on such a rise. I should have realized the second my manager who hired me left, I should’ve done the same. Base pay is way to low. As a sdr I had thousands of dead end leads being given to me. Imagine making 50 calls and 30 of them aren’t functioning numbers! When it comes to management it’s awful. Just a week before I was let go I was told that I was doing an amazing job. Was let go immediately. I was so shocked because My manager, lied to me. Even when I would come to him for help. December 2022, they got rid of so many employees. This company will scream about how their funding is the best it has been, but this company truly is a startup that won’t be anything other than a fast paced, horrible start up. If you are applying to become a sdr, practically every lead is fake, offices from 2015. If you’re looking for longevity this is not the job. They will get rid of you with no hesitation and management does offer the help one should be getting.
