Pros
Flexible work schedule and remote work options for most teams. Leadership that truly listens to feedback and will continually review and update processes and policies to benefit the workforce, Unlimited PTO, generous holidays, company-wide time off, sabbatical with tenure.
Cons
Benefits (health, etc) could be better and cheaper. Expense policies are kind of a pain.
