Pros

The amount of effort that goes into culture initiatives. For example training the entire firm, volunteer activities, wellness programs, and peer recognition/innovation programs. Freedom to live up to your potential, work flexibility, and good change for the better with the CEOs support. The people are also highly capable and most have great intentions.

Cons

Too much red tape to get approvals- trust your leaders, they will do what is right. The culture (the people) will protect itself. If someone is negative or doing unethical things... it will bubble up. But some controls today are limiting innovation because of fear, red tape etc.

Pros

Ryan works hard to be a place employees and clients wants to be. The growth and opportunity are truly endless.

Cons

There’s not enough cultural oversight. Executive leadership communicates the core values however, there’s no deeper sense on how to execute or be a part of the core values as all the different employee levels and still be productive. The level of accountability without proper training or proper controls to minimize exposures and ensure success in tasks leaves employees anxiety ridden and demoralized. Management also practices fire drill management and swoop and dump work style there is no cohesiveness leaving key employees that people trust left to train all employees while still being responsible for their own tasks. This leaves HUGE exposures because everything is an emergency there’s no ability to prioritize while management bickers about resources and tasks and quite honestly petty matters.
