We are always looking for ways to ensure our employees have equal access to growth and development opportunities. We are also dedicated to always improving our benefits package and ways to improve life/work balance. I am happy to share that some of our offices across the US do offer flexible work schedules and regular work from home options for certain positions. We will continue to consider it for our Chicago corporate office.

      - Market Strength and Access - Significant Resources for Production and Support - We are Preferred Wholesaler for all Major Retail Brokers - Collaborative Teamwork - Flat Management Structure - meaning that Corporate lets the production teams manage their teams and do our jobs which is to produce. - Excellent Compliance Procedures in place - When there is a problem or issue it is fixed and fixed quickly - The more you work and the harder you work the more you make. This is not a place for someone who wants to work 8 hours a day. This is the place for someone who wants to win and to work every hour of the day , every day of the week until they win the battle they are fighting. - Compensation is excellent when you work and make the effort above and beyond the minimum requirements. Just go above and beyond and trust me it will be rewarded.

      Cons

      - Our agency management system. I think we should look at a better system. - If you want to do the bare minimum and not have to work hard please don't work here. Go work for our competitors. We want people who have drive, passion, desire and who want to learn and advance. We want you to go the extra mile, work the extra hours. We work for our clients and if that means taking a call on a weekend or sending an email at 11PM then we do it. It is about the client and it is about our Fiduciary duty. Our growth and numbers speak for themselves. We are 8 years old as a company and our results speak for themselves
