      Minimum of 55+ hour work weeks No Management Direction on expectations Not responsive to ideas that were suggested Too many acquisitions and no staff to support those additional acquisitions

      Pros

      Nice co-workers although there is a lot of turn over. Nice Christmas party and beer cart is available when goal is met.

      Cons

      Low pay and terrible management. Much work is outsourced to avoid paying employees what they are worth. Recently making up American names for the outsourced Indian employees which is deceitful and unethical. Especially since the outsourced employees don't do a good job. A lot of turn over with employees. Employees are constantly resigning.

      Fast past. Great place for someone new to insurance.

      Cons

      No room to move for someone with experience. Not a friendly atmosphere. Too much favoritism. You pretty much need to be related or is a close friend of upper management in order to move up (not sure if other offices are the same).
