Pros

-Good Pay - Benefits - Hybrid Work

Cons

- A Bunch Of Producers Who Know Nothing of Management . - Really Depends on The Team You Are On - They tell you that their is opporuntity for growth, but honestly producers just need workerbees . - It’s very much run on who runs your team … if they don’t like you for some reason …. You’re screwed ….

Thank you for your review. Glad to hear you were happy with pay, benefits and a flexible work environment. We have recently appointed a Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and a Vice President of DEI to further evolve a DEI program where everyone will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to create a culture and environment where people can be their best self and do their best work.

Pros

There can be fun social aspects like happy hours, lunches & parties.

Cons

Your experience really depends on what team you’re placed with & how you mesh with them. Also, this industry is not for everyone & you will figure that out quickly if it isn’t for you. R-T is pretty set in making their company come back into the office 4-5 days a week.

Pros

Good money if you fit their mold

Cons

There is little to no diversity at this company, no matter how much they boast about how diverse they are. In my 2 years with the company, every single minority team member was either fired or given the option to quit with hush money after complaining about discrimination (including myself). If you are not white or straight, you will be told you are being unprofessional or have an attitude. The mental toll is not worth the money.
