Pros

RT allows production teams to operate autonomously. The composition structure is lucrative. The benefits are great.

Cons

The leadership leaves much to be desired. Personally, I experienced discrimination, harassment, and retaliation from local leadership. Moreover, senior leadership seems to disgregard allegations and HR is not very supportive. RT allows this behavior to be engrained in their culture and continue after employees depart the company; degrading others within the industry. There is no room for growth, professionally.

Three CIOs in three years

Pros

Young company with a lot of room for improvement. The paychecks didn't bounce.

Cons

Young company - improvement needed across all management. Constant acquisitions - somewhat disorganized. Communication was lacking between back office departments - specifically IT. IT continues to be completely unorganized/poorly managed - even after 3 CIOs in 3 years. Back off/Infrastructure staff not treated well by management or sales staff. Target dates are more important than people. HR is completely disconnected.
