      Fast past. Great place for someone new to insurance.

      Cons

      No room to move for someone with experience. Not a friendly atmosphere. Too much favoritism. You pretty much need to be related or is a close friend of upper management in order to move up (not sure if other offices are the same).

      Working for the top wholesale broker in Chicao. Exposure to both carriers and retail brokers. Entrepreneurial approach Ability to work independently

      Growth Culture is No formal training program Senior brokers alot of the times dont concern themselves with your advancement

      Free coffee and occasional snacks and breakfasts/lunches.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to work at least 50 hours per week. Time and effort is usually unappreciated. Constantly walking on eggshells to avoid public humiliation inflicted by superiors.
