We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback with us. It’s feedback that allows us to make sure we are living up to our expectations, and creating an inclusive environment for all. We are glad to hear you were very happy with our benefits, and valued your coworkers here at Ryan Specialty Group. I'm sorry to hear that your overall experience has not lived up to your expectations, or the high standards we set for ourselves. The work environment you've described is certainly not in line with our aspirations as a company, which is for every employee to feel confident, cared for, and inspired. We take pride in RSG being an equal opportunity employer
