Good overtime if you want it and good co workers that always help you when you need something.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged especially while driving. No consistency in hours

good place to gain experience not a long term career

pros are you're home daily and work 5 days a week

Cons

there are many cons to working here some include unfair work environment some new guys work less than guys with more seniority also they make it super easy for new hires when they start so they stay and when the give them their actual route they quit causing everything to be disorganized
