Pros

Manager is flexible on my schedule

Cons

Other drivers from different locations leave you to do their work/job unloading trailers. Drivers are expected to load and unload flatbed/or dry van at all stops but you only get paid for the time spent at your home dock loading and unloading. very time consuming and very little help from warehouse workers.

Good money, nice co-workers, good experience backing up in tight spaces

Cons

Work 6 days a week, dirt lots (muddy when it rains and uneven areas to park Trailer), dispatcher gives you a hard time when you can’t find a trailer, and have to ask to take a lunch
