Some people are great to be your coworker and others are toxic. Upper management only views you as a number or a body. It's a grueling 10 hours a day and every other week (sometimes every week) you're expected to work one of the weekend days. There is no life/work balance.

1. Local Management 2. The building/shop is too small/outdated for volume of customers 3. Technology is underutilized and way behind similar industries or even other locations 4. Safety and storage issues (see #2) 5. ALWAYS understaffed 6. Tools/equipment are sub-par and need replacing often. 7. Employee satisfaction is not high - many employees have criticisms with the work environment in the shop or office, but feel stuck because transferring or moving up is difficult or outright denied. And they do not feel safe speaking up about issues. 8. The mantra of management seems to be "If you don't like it here, go work somewhere else" when we all know that it's not that cut and dry: Wanting improvements to the location doesn't equate to complete dissatisfaction with your workplace.
