Pros

There are endless opportunities if you are hungry to grow. I took a position as an Analyst directly out of college. After year one I was promoted. After year two I was promoted again. Built a lengthy resume which ultimately allowed me to accept a big promotion at a different organization after my three year tenure at Ryder.

Cons

Must be employed for five years before being able to take three weeks vacation.
