It's ok

Pros

Not hard to get into. Will provide some training. Not bad if you want a job that doesn't expect much of you.

Cons

Lack of experienced techs to learn from. Current operations manager is not very understanding of work life balance, he expects all work and gives very little compassion to employees that have personal hardships. Training is sporadic. Shop is always dirty and we have few required supplies to do our jobs properly. Expected to cover other people's jobs when they don't come in.
