      Pros

      Commission opportunity is decent. 25k+ in commission is fairly easy to obtain.

      Cons

      Managers don't hold anyone accountable. Everyone does bare minimum amount of work.

      Pros

      Excellent support from managers and internal staff. Tremendous team unity with the shop managers at all facility's regarding PM currency. National Account Managers are extremely helpful to the BU's. Service departments have been Steller to work with.

      Cons

      Typically with most large corporations the forecasting can be off, which makes hitting your quotas unattainable from year to year. Lack of Assets for seasonal customers has always been a weak point for Michigan BU.

      Flexibility, pay/benefits are great. Management does not micromanage sales staff.

      We stay very busy! Sometimes it's hard to manage the time allotted each day.
