      The other RSR's were great and easy to work with.

      Cons

      horrible management, no communication with higher ups anywhere. Horrible pay and benefits.

      401k matching Upward mobility Opportunity to learn a wide array of abilities

      Cons

      Management is always trying to throw more responsibilities at you Pay is low for the amount of work and experience levels. Had a family member that worked here 20 years ago and the base pay is basically the same from then. Had many different sales jobs in the company and worked 55+ hours every week and did someone elses job which made me go over 60 hours, and they still were telling me i should spend weekend time to canvas for clients.
