Lots of hours at good pay. The company is very sound and you can rely on the paycheck.

Cons

60 hour work weeks and management taking credit for the counter person's hard work. Same as any job I suppose!

Well before cut backs it was commission program and pay. However, that has changed. The people are good to you and willing to teach.

Cons

Lots of hours, lots of work, not great pay. Little promotions if you are not willing to relocate.
