Pros

Good benefits, good pay, organized HR.

Cons

The company is ready to boot you out the door for any random reason. They have no dedication to you, even if you have shown nothing but dedication to them!

Pros

Ryder is a Fortune 400 company. They have good products and business strategies with a lot of big name customers.

Cons

poorly selected professionals. The engineers/analysts I met did not know what they are doing, did not understand customer requirements and did not know how to do a anlysis. And bad managers. Very low morale on the team I worked in.
