Pros

Employed over 10 yrs with company. Transportation company so no matter how bad economy gets, trucks are still needed to move product. New business/clients provides above average stability Supply chain side of business offers great exposure and experiences to different industries without having to switch jobs. Very good corporate culture that values employee growth Year end bonuses depending on the account performance & company performance

Cons

Sometimes there are very long hours & weekend work if you support a retail or start up account. Pay raises are minimal. Stability is dependent on client renewing contract.

Pros

Ok benefit; although copays/deductibles are now pretty high coworkers are great

Cons

Front line employees treated horribly company drive to please stockholders means understaffed, micromanaged. Impossible to do workload company demands. NO job security. They will fire most convenient scapegoat to avoid dealing with systemic issues

Pros

they offer great benefits, great pay. very safety oriented. they offer some sort of tuition assistance, and will contribute to your 401k even if you dont. awesome vacation time as well.

Cons

the only real con is that they do not have a tool allowance program, but at the competitive rates they pay it still works out. tuition reimbursement does not seem to be easily attainable for a general education, seems they only help out with courses directly related to your field of business and must be approved before you enroll in a course.
