      Pros

      It might be a better company to work for once the economy turns around. A lot depends on the outcome of the accounting standards for operating leases.

      Cons

      Big business politics. You have to know how to work the system with the upper management. Tough to work here for more than a couple years.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are a pleasure to work with. Most of them work very hard. Clean environment.

      Cons

      Dictatorship upper management, talk down to lower level people. Upper management lies to you. HR manager cannot be trusted as the Manager Director and the Senior Logistics Manager. Many complaints from employees are not handled. Management plays favorites with certain employees. Many current employees are unhappy. Many have been fired unjustly. Temporary employees are treated unfairly.
