Pros
The pay is decent and team members are good.
Cons
A hybrid model, in twice a week but our upper management and director only has to be there two days of the month. No room for growth unless you have a degree ( which is new) or you are part of the clique. Management is too worried if you may have to work from home on one of your in office days but it’s okay for them. They care more about numbers than people.
