      Poor Leadership and Favoritism

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, lots of locations

      Cons

      Horrible management. Do more with less. Drive employees productivity with a false narrative of safety and quality. Not enough techs to repair trucks, not enough training for techs. Not enough room to work on trucks, repairs that are needed are ignored. Management does not support it's front line managers and creates a hostile workplace.

      Pros

      Flexibility in working; work alone and your supervisor lets you do your thing as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Long hours; however I thought that was a plus.

      The only good thing that I can say about this company is they have decent pay.

      Cons

      Everything else. No home or family time. And do NOT get hurt on the job, workers compensation will screw you over and not pay you for months and months, they do not care if you lose your home, vehicle or if you get the medical treatment you need.
