In office hours are as expected for the most part The job itself is not difficult if you are organized

Cons

No warning or communication when pay change came into effect Very little warning on if extra coverage is needed (extra in office time) Typically on call all days until 2100 - weekends are supposed to rotate but typically you need to be available
