      Great job with terrible management

      Pros

      Cold storage facility, decent pay and a lot of overtime. The coworkers are great guys and everyone is willing to help out.

      Cons

      Management is unfair they enforce certain policies on certain people. They have a rate that is near impossible to make. New hires generally don't last there, 2 months max. Throughout the time I worked there 6 employees that have been working there were fired. For every 10 employees hired only 1-2 stay permanently.

      Pros

      Company has good infrastructure and standard benefits. Decent location. Onsite Gym though not a great gym.

      Cons

      Not personable at all. Watch out if you take time off as the payroll department will count your weekends as paid days even if you don't work on the weekends. I had $300 dollars omitted from my paycheck and they never replaced it even after getting approval from two supervisors and a director. Communication is very poor and expectations are not clearly listed.
