Pros

Full benefits, 401k, and not much else.

Cons

Not paid enough for the responsibility you are given. As a salary position you are expected to work minimum of 9-10 hour days, but it is discouraged to give out OT to hourly positions.

Pros

Never lose 30 minutes of your time when taking a lunch break/ Leaving early or coming in late when you you need to. Clocking out at the end of the end of the day and going home.

Cons

No work incentive, terrible pay, you’re overworked with no positive reinforcement or initiatives to keep you motivated. You have no one in your corner to back you up and the terrible communication between managers and administrative staff makes it really difficult to perform and excel as an employee. If you have a concern or an issue that you want resolved, forget about it because they will tell you they will address it and nothing will be done to correct it. The work balance around the office is poorly unbalanced and unfair. You work your self to the ground working twice as hard as the person next to you getting more than you doing less amount of work. And if it’s not completed to the standards of managements liking, you’re immediately getting a call from Human Resources or being scolded for not running yourself in the ground. This place has strong potential to be a great company , however management needs a wake up call on how to treat the employees that are paying their cushion salary and bonuses a lot better, than taking us for granted and treated us like gum under their shoes.
