      Pros

      40-55 hours a week plus miles pay when submitted. Amazing training utilizing LinkedIn, easy to learn systems, promote from within.

      Cons

      0 driver turnover rate for 5 years no retention bonus pay until this year. No performance recognition on the second account I was on. etc. No seniority, no pay difference for many years vs new hires on the account I was on.

      The teams leads are helpful

      Cons

      They will run peak season lines without the appropriate pay and you’ll be stuck to work a 2 man like by yourself.
