You will work 14 hours per day, no if's and's, or but's about it. They will run you ragged. Dispatch always loses our time sheets almost daily, so there are times where you don't get paid on time. The account managers expect you to do their jobs for them. If you need anything, don't count on it being fulfilled. I never received new uniforms either, instead I had to purchase my own.

Pay raises are terrible in the SCS division. Turnover rate is through the roof.
