Great place to learn and handle several different parts of transportation. Good insurance and benefits. Most positions are hired from within the company.

Cons

Pay is below industry average. Company uses planned succession model so if you're not networking and outperforming your peers you're not going to move up. Most people have been with the company for years and worked their way up.

They give you too much work. If they see you can handle more work, they give you more. Lots of favoritism in this location....
