Where to start? I worked at the Beaver Dam plant for the last 4 summers before it was bought out by Ryder. It was a place I definitely could have viewed myself working at for a long time. However, Ryder took over and the company absolutely sucks! They wanted to dock my pay from $12.50/hr to $8.00/hr my fourth year there. Really? You want me to have to work for $4.50 less per hour for working 3rd shift, 7 nights a week all summer? Yea, right. Also, I was laid off because your company STILL INSISTS on hiring inmates and when I was threatened by one he kept his job and I lost mine. I know the local papers would love a story like that.

On-site human resources was a bit unorganized. Customer is not always right, routinely employees and mid-management had to jump through hoops to remove any responseability of recieved damaged goods. Exceeding expectations wasn't acknowledged enough yet certain bonuses were determined by company production.
