Pros
decent pay and benefits, ok on vacation schedule if you dont try and use it last minute.
Cons
co-workers. either they are good to work with or just horrid. lazy co-workers pawning off jobs they do not want to do cuz they have their time covered(by over playing the job they did do and already finished for hours after) and will sit around and play on phones while every one else does the work. recognition for your work done is next to milk. and don't try to step up and do more then your told.
