A TERRIBLE PLACE FOR EMPLOYMENT. Favoritism is a disease every part of management suffers from. Your only chance to advance is to suck up to the boss and hope they like you.

Coworkers are great and considered as family. Lots of internal training at every level for almost everything. Promotions within company Good Benefits and insurance Pay is not too bad for all things considered

Cons

Service Managers don't all treat their mechanics right and don't take care of them, only care about their own numbers for their bonus Management not always trained properly Don't take care of the long time seniority mechanics Fire too many good long time mechanics and drivers for stupid things that usually come from improper/lack of training
