Pros

If you want to work a lot this is the place. Many good people have tried very hard.

Cons

Turnover on second shift last month was 30 people. This is out of roughly 90 give or take. They don't give raises. Your shift can change day to day. Tomorrow we start two hours early. Today you're staying two hours late. Plan to work 10 hours a day six days a week. It's the beginning of April and the last Saturday I had off was the second weekend of January. OSHA was through the place two weeks ago so they finally cleaned a few things up but safety wise they're on borrowed time. They simply don't give raises ever. So the guy they hired today may know nothing but he makes as much as you. Add in his hire bonus and he actually makes more than you.

Cons

Work hours are long You are always on call and have to work weekends. There is no regard for work load. Upper management doesn't care how many hours your work load is
