Pros

Great people to work for. Your check is always right. Equipment is maintained well. Regular consistent schedule with home time on days off and between routes, though not “home daily”, there is better quality of life than most over the road jobs. Bidding for your routes based on seniority. Take home pay varies per route.

Cons

Chaining up sometimes necessary. Pay should be better for this type of job. They have to bring in temps from out of the area to cover unfilled positions but if they offered better pay they would not have trouble filling the positions.
