Pros

Supply Chain division - The Company is open for new ideas from all employees, everyone works as a team. If your lucky and work at a Ryder facility you'll have a greater chance of moving up. I spent 12 years with Ryder and overall it was a great company its to bad they lost the accounts I was part of.

Cons

Its hard to move up when you work off-site, upper management don't keep you in mind.

Pros

They have a solid leadership development training program, access to a vast knowledge bank that will help with your current position and professional career, and Fortune 500 benefits.

Cons

pay not quite on par with expected work, but when is it ever. Mid level management is beaten down by upper management for certain goals then the front line employees get the brunt end from the midlevels getting beat up all day.
